Interactive, visual data rooms for sovereign, data privacy decision making
The InviDas consortium is developing a digital platform to make personal data and the data privacy implications of its sharing and processing more understandable.
People of different technology generations and age groups will be helped to understand abstract technical and legal contexts and consequently to make conscious and reflective decisions. Visual, interactive experience of previously invisible digital processes is intended to improve technology understanding, confidence and the sovereignty of digital-legal decision-making. This is achieved through a visual playful approach based on user needs. The findings and tools from InviDas will also be made available to a broad public, advance the social discourse on digital sovereignty in health data, and be exploited across society with a view to transferability and generalizability.
